Water quality is the honest warning here: this is a rivermouth, and post-rain or post-typhoon runoff carries serious pollution, so if there has been significant rainfall in the days before your session, think carefully before paddling out.

Follow the river road through Fengbin town down to where the river meets the ocean. The walk-in is short and access is straightforward. Parking along the river road is manageable. There are no facilities at the break itself, so arrive self-sufficient with water, wax, and anything else you need. The rivermouth pollution risk after heavy rain is a real hazard, not a footnote.
Jici sits roughly 10km north and is worth checking if the water quality at Fongbin looks questionable after rain. It offers a different setup and is a reasonable fallback when the rivermouth runoff makes Fongbin a health risk.
