1. What surftrips.co does
surftrips.co is a surf travel research and inquiry platform. We help surfers discover camps and forward their inquiries. We are not a booking agent. We do not process payments between surfers and camps. Any booking or financial arrangement happens directly between you and the camp.
2. Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we forward it to the selected camp(s) via email. Your name and email address are shared with the camp so they can respond. We do not guarantee a response from any camp, nor do we guarantee availability, pricing, or quality.
3. Camp listings
Camp information is compiled from public sources and camp owner submissions. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the camp before booking.
4. Camp portal
Camp owners who claim their listing agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
5. Paid tiers
Featured and Promoted camp tiers are annual subscriptions billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days of payment. Contact hello@surftrips.co.
6. User content
By uploading photos or content, you confirm you own the rights and grant surftrips.co a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display them on the platform. You can request removal at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
surftrips.co is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the platform, reliance on camp information, or any transaction between you and a camp. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
