About this camp
Swell Surf Camp runs beginner and intermediate surf packages out of Weligama, the most consistent learner bay on the south coast. Daily lessons cover paddling, pop-up, and wave reading on Weligama's sand-bottomed beach breaks. The camp also runs day trips to the reef breaks at Midigama and Ahangama for guests ready to progress beyond the beach. Accommodation is in private bungalows and dorms a short walk from the water. Packages run from three to seven nights and include lessons, board hire, and breakfast.
